Where do I park?
Credit Valley Visitor Parking Lot
At The Credit Valley Hospital - Visitor parking is available in a multi-storey garage and surface lot located just north of the Emergency entrance.
Credit Valley Cancer Centre Parking Lot
Cancer Centre parking lot - This multi-level parking garage provides visitor parking Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm.

Parking fees:
| ½ hour rate: | $3.00 |
| Daily Maximum: | $16.00 (per occasion, no in/out privileges) |
| Daily Pass: | $25.00 (with 3 in and out privileges) |
| Monthly Pass: | $90.00 (unlimited in and out privileges) |

- There is a 15 minute grace period for drop-off and pick-up.
- Prices are subject to change.
There are clearly designated parking spaces reserved for the handicapped.
Parking along fire routes is illegal and will result in a parking violation ticket.
Patients being admitted for elective surgery are advised to leave their vehicles at home.
For patients who have transported themselves and whose treatment results in hospital admission, it is advisable to have a relative or friend remove the vehicle from the hospital premises.
Parking Instructions
When arriving at the parking entrance, push the green button to obtain your ticket
Important - Take this ticket with you, and keep it with you at all times.
When your visit is over, before returning to your vehicle, locate one of the parking pay stations.
Pay Station Locations:
- Main Entrance to Emergency - next to revolving door
- Right beside the parking office (north visitors parking)
- Main Entrance to Medical Building at 2300 Eglinton Ave.
- Elevator entrance at Cancer Centre parking deck
- The Lobby of the Cancer Centre next to registration desk
Pay stations accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or cash (bank notes and/or coins).
(You can also purchase daily or monthly pass at pay stations, instructions are displayed at top of station.)
Follow on-screen instructions to pay, and be sure to take your ticket back when prompted. You will need this ticket again at the exit ramp.
Return to your vehicle, drive to exit ramps and insert your paid ticket.
Ramp will lift and you can proceed to exit.
In case you forgot to pay at the pay station, exit ramps accept credit card payment (at this stage, you can only pay by credit card, cash cannot be accepted).

- Remember the location and level where you have parked to get to your vehicle quickly
- Park in well lit sections of a parking lot.
Why is there a fee for parking?
Parking fees have become an increasingly important source of revenue for hospitals. While government funding is available for the upkeep of the hospital buildings, this does not include parking facilities.
Hospitals must generate sufficient funds through parking fees to maintain and supervise parking areas. A portion of parking revenues is also used to help support patient care.
